Adil Wali, Founder and CEO
Adil began Rich Apps Consulting in 2005 after completing an MBA at Carnegie Mellon University. A born entrepreneur, he set out to apply Agile development concepts to a global team, paving the way for a new form of Agile. He quickly went from in-the-weeds coding to high-level management and now leads a team of 80+ ninjas worldwide. Prior to founding RAC, Adil played a key role in other start-ups, including an Intel Corporation medical technology spin-off, AbbyMe, NeuroLife, Impact Games, and SteeZo Media.
Tony Busch, Vice President of Operations
Tony joined Rich Apps Consulting in 2008 as the Vice President of Operations, bringing with him extensive experience in leadership and process optimization from his eight years in the US Army. A bronze star recipient, Tony led all-source military intelligence sections and teams responsible for analysis and recommendations for real-world operations. He also has valuable experience in internet security gained from leading a team of defense contractors working in the foreign cyber intrusion field.
Arshad Chowdhury, Business Development
Arshad brings considerable business experience to new and existing RAC clients. His areas of expertise include start-up consulting, communications, financial planning, and business strategy. Arshad's professional work has been featured in publications and broadcasts such as the New York Times, BBC News, Vogue Magazine, and CNN. Before joining Rich Apps Consulting, he served for five years as CEO of MetroNaps, an innovative company addressing the problem of workplace fatigue, and prior to that, as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank. Arshad holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University in Connecticut.
